This is a classical hatha yoga class, taught in the Sananda style of bringing ancient wisdom into modern times. Sananda yoga reconnects you to your vital life force energy by releasing stress, toning muscles and the mind, and increasing physical strength and flexibility so that your life becomes a journey of joy, inspiration and peace. The subtle ancient yogic techniques, of ayurveda, mantra, mudra, bandha and kriya, weaved into our asana classes inspire spiritual awakening, personal meaning, direction in life and harmony with humanity.

Current meditation is a powerful meditation technique, that easily connects you to Divine presence and allows you to use this light for personal healing or transformation and for Peace and good welfare for all beings. It is practiced sitting on chairs, so no strain on knees or hips It deeply releases energy blocks in your three bodies, physical, emotional and mental.

Cost for 8 week pre-registered sessions

1 class per week: $144

Drop-in $20 per class

Please reserve your spot: Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card, through paypal (plus the 3% paypal charge).
Late registration for a Pre-Reg session, and dropping in to try out a single class is welcomed if there is room in the class, please inquire.
One spot per session will be reserved for attendance by donation for those who are experiencing financial hardship. Please contact us if you want to reserve this space.

Sananda Yoga class numbers will be limited to 10 students maximum

The small class numbers will allow the personal attention between teacher and student that is required for the teachings of yoga to work deeply in the student and offer the physical health, emotional and mental stress reduction, and spiritual awakening that Yoga was created to do. Yoga was traditionally taught one on one for this very reason. In our fast passed society we have come far from this teaching format and unfortunately yoga has lost a great deal of its potency.
